Asset & reserve planning
Plans that survive contact with a board.
20-year costed Asset & Reserve Plans for UK managing agents and the directors of residential leasehold blocks.
Book a 20-minute callThe problem
The questions that do not wait for a survey update.
What will this building cost over the next twenty years?
Is the reserve fund adequate for the work we can already see coming?
When do we need to decide so consultation and collection happen in time?
A one-off condition survey can be useful. It does not by itself show how a programme is funded, when consultation must begin, or how a board should explain the position eighteen months later.

2027 context
Planning is becoming more visible.
In its July 2026 response to the consultation on leaseholder protections over charges and services, the government said it planned to introduce annual reports from 2027 to give leaseholders information on building health and planned major works. The response also addressed reserve funds and long-term maintenance planning; implementation remains subject to the relevant legislation and regulations.
