Baseline

Privacy policy

How Baseline uses enquiry data.

What this covers

This policy explains how Baseline handles personal and building-related information submitted through the contact form and Reserve Fund Health Check. It is intended to support UK GDPR-oriented transparency. It is not a claim of certification or legal compliance.

Information collected

The contact form collects name, email address and message. The health check collects name, role, email address, block name or postcode, unit count and the answers provided about the block, its reserve position and planned works.

Why it is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, send the health-check result requested by the respondent, and consider whether a relevant professional-services conversation should follow. Health-check submissions are stored in the site backend and sent to the site owner through the platform notification service.

Emails and service providers

When a health check is submitted, Baseline receives the full submission and the respondent receives a neutral copy of the result. Contact enquiries are sent to Baseline so it can respond. The site uses the MadeThis platform notification service to deliver these messages.

Retention

Retention period: [to be confirmed]. Information should be retained only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to any legal or professional record-keeping requirements.
